Jismi provides fitness studio management software. You may use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
Membership terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are set by individual studios. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Refunds are subject to the studio's cancellation policy. Jismi acts as a platform and is not responsible for studio-specific policies.
Each studio sets its own cancellation policy. Late cancellations may result in loss of credits or charges according to the studio's policy.
Studios reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances. In such cases, credits will be refunded.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jismi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Jismi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Fitness activities involve inherent risks. Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. Studios and their instructors are solely responsible for class safety and instruction quality.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jismi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
